[Faculty] Prioritize Wellness Workshop

Hello All-
Just in case you missed it in the Weekly Bulletin, I wanted to send out information about a workshop that the Cardon Academy of Teaching Excellence is sponsoring next Wed, 2/21 from 1-3 PM. The flyer is attached. It will be focused on integrating mind and body health for wellness in support of faculty/staff self-care. There will be an additional wellness workshop sponsored by CATE in March that will focus on how instructors can approach course structure/design to emphasize and prioritize student wellness in learning and the classroom. Consider attending if you’re available. Thank you!

CATE Fellows Prioritize Wellness Workshop

The CATE Fellows would like to invite faculty and staff to a workshop, Prioritize Wellness: The Science and Practice of Mind Body Skills, led by Ryan Daily, Director of Student Wellness Initiatives in CALES, and Dr. Noshene Ranjbar from the Mind Body Health Institute. Please see the attached announcement for more information and to register using the QR code.

When: Wednesday, February 21, 1-3pm
