Hello Faculty,
My name is Chrystale Fulayter, and I’m a doctoral candidate in the College of Education’s Higher Education program. I am conducting research about first-generation, tenure- and career-track faculty. The purpose of the research is to understand the career development experiences of first-generation faculty members at a research university and how they experience workplace culture and define academic work.
