Hello HSI Fellows & HSI Ambassadors,

HSI Initiatives is proud to support the following call for proposals. The Digital Borderlands in the Classroom Faculty Fellowship Program and Summer Institute at the University of Arizona Libraries are now open!

This program is designed to engage University of Arizona faculty to enrich their classroom experiences by focusing on three essential literacies: digital literacy, data literacy, and archival literacy. These literacies will support student research in the U.S.-Mexico borderlands through the integration of assignments and learning modules that emphasize library services and culturally responsive pedagogy techniques.

Fellows will receive training, consultation, and support, as well as a $9,000 award.
