[Faculty] FEMA Emergency Alert Test October 4th

I was made aware today that on Wednesday October 4th at 2:20pm ET a nationwide Emergency Alert Test will be issued to all Phones, TV's and Radios that are turned on. This will make for a very noisy work environment/classroom. I encourage you to alert your teams and students so that they are ready.
