[Faculty] Welcoming Chris Saxton to the Pre-Award Team

ALVSCE Colleagues,

It's my pleasure to welcome Dr. Paul "Chris" Saxton to the ALVSCE Pre-Award, Grants and Contracts Management team.  Chris joins our team following the departure of Fatema Dili last summer.

Chris brings extensive experience to our grants and contracts activities, having served for four years as Director and IRB Administrator for the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs at the University of Northern Colorado.  Prior to that, he was Manager, Office of Sponsored Projects at University of New Mexico.  Chris has a B.A. in Criminal Justice Administration and an M.A. in Public Administration, both from Kentucky State University, and just last week he successfully defended his Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Administration from New Mexico State.

We are pleased to have Chris on our team and he looks forward to supporting the diverse portfolio of excellent research in our division!
