Good afternoon faculty; I hope that you are having a fine last week of classes!

Please see the note below. This was received earlier today – PLEASE go into UA Vitae and make certain that your courses were uploaded accurately. We have found that co-taught courses and/or changing course enrollments can result in errors. If you find any errors at all you can report this and request a revision using the email below.

Do yourselves a favor and don’t wait until January 2024 to check on this – it is so easily fixed now.  😊

Hello UA Vitae Coordinators,

Spring 2023 courses have been updated in UA Vitae. We HIGHLY encourage faculty to check their courses have been assigned correctly at the end of each semester. If there are any issues, please work with your department scheduler to make the necessary updates in UAccess and submit a ticket to uav-support at list.arizona.edu<mailto:uav-support at list.arizona.edu> so we can ensure the updates are made in UA Vitae.

Faculty checking their courses in UA Vitae now will help ensure they are correct in advance of annual review.
