[Faculty] Mike Staten Five Year Review Survey

Dear CALS Faculty,

Dr. Mike Staten, Bart Cardon Associate Dean for Academic Programs and Career Development in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, is undergoing his mandated five year administrative review, the purpose of which is to provide leadership development for Dr. Staten and an opportunity to assess long-range goals and objectives.  The five key metrics for review include: building trust, fostering collaboration, maximizing resources, achieving results and inclusive excellence. We would most appreciate your feedback through this survey regarding his performance over the past five years.

In addition to this survey, review committee members are available to meet with individual faculty, academic professionals, staff, students, and alumni.
