[Faculty] CONFIDENTIAL: Ballots for potential honorary degree nominee from CALS, Cooperative Extension, or as a joint nomination

Good afternoon -

Attached is a copy of the policy and procedures for honorary degrees at the University of Arizona.  A tally of results for each ballot below will be provided to Vice President Burgess at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 16 so no votes cast after that time will be included.  If both ballots result in a vote to advance this nomination, it will be jointly made by the faculty of both CALS and CES.

BALLOT for faculty whose academic home is in CALS: Please cast your vote whether or not the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences should advance the nomination for Louva Dahozy.  A secure link to the letter of nomination and CV for the potential nominee was distributed Friday afternoon (also below).

Please keep strict confidentiality regarding the potential nominee.  There are a number of groups along the way that need to review and vote to advance a nomination, and it is really important the nominee doesn't hear about an honor that may not be awarded by the university in the end.
