[Faculty] Additional University Research Guidance

Dear CALS Faculty,

Today the University posted three additional guidance documents pertaining to research https://research.arizona.edu/covid19

The most relevant to our research activities is the second document, COVID-19 Guidance for Research Safety<https://research.arizona.edu/covid-19-guidance-research-safety> , which includes recommendations that laboratories plan for significant disruptions, assumptions that you can use for planning, steps you can take now to ensure continuity of critical functions, measures you can take to prevent the spread of illness among your group if the risk of COVID-19 increases with the University of Arizona community,  and other safety considerations.

This information should be helpful to all research personnel who have chosen to continue working on campus, and to faculty laboratory supervisors who are developing Laboratory Mitigation Plans for submission by close of business on Friday March 20, 2020.
