Good morning everyone,

During yesterday's Faculty Senate meeting<https://facultygovernance.arizona.edu/events/421-faculty-senate-meeting> a reentry plan was discussed that involved weekly testing for students, faculty, and staff that will be working or taking classes on-campus. Some ideas were circulated by the group working on this plan in terms "carrots" and "sticks" to ensure all involved participate in the program. Some ideas included loss of university wifi or having to change your NetID password for not complying with the policies, while "carrots" mentioned included prizes, food, and similar promotions.

We want to hear from you about your ideas concerning the weekly testing protocol for students, faculty, and staff that will promote people taking the tests while not being punitive to any stakeholder group. What suggestions or concerns do you have that we can pass along to the working group?

We constructed a very brief two-question survey to gain feedback. If you have a moment or two to reflect and share ideas, we would appreciate it. We will then share this with Senate leadership and other entities.
