Hi Colleagues,



I am writing to invite you all to the next talk in the Precision Wellness Initiative Symposia Series and to let everyone know that two of our colleagues here in Nutritional Sciences (Dr. Scott Going and Dr. Melanie Hingle) will be on the panel.



Next Wednesday Dr. Herman Pontzer will be joining us from Duke University with his talk titled, " Healthy As A Hunter-Gatherer: Paleofact and Paleofiction in Modern Metabolic Medicine"<https://precisionwellness.arizona.edu/>. We're very excited to host Dr. Pontzer, as his research in human evolution and exercise is quite compelling-you can read his most recent Scientific American story "Evolved To Exercise" here<https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/humans-evolved-to-exercise/>.



The talk will begin at 5pm followed by the panel discussion at 6pm, in the North Ballroom of the Student Union. There will be plenty of wine and cheese. See attached flyer for more information.
