[Faculty] Haury Program Call For Proposals Fall 2018

The Agnese Nelms Haury Program in Environment and Social Justice (Haury Program) has opened its Fall 2018 call for grant proposals!

This call for grant proposals is in the following categories:

  1.  Challenge Grant – A three-year project for up to $200,000 per year.
  2.  Seed Grants - Typically two to four grants awarded for 1-2-year funding in range of $25,000 to $50,000 per year per grant.
  3.  Visiting Associates– Up to two individuals seeking support for the visit or for the sponsor at the University of Arizona or a community non-profit organization but both visitor and sponsor must be part of the proposal. The Haury Program has $20,000 available in total for visiting associates funding in fall 2018.

Proposals are due October 31, 2018 at 5:00 pm local Tucson time.

In addition, the Haury Program is offering a workshop designed to help applicants set up an assessment and evaluation framework for the proposed project using an Illustration of Change Table. The workshop will take place October 11, 2018, from 2:30 to 4:00 pm at Woods Memorial Library, 3455 N. First Ave., Tucson, AZ 85719.
