[Faculty] Faculty Loaner Regalia program - reserve now!

Greetings all,

As the semester comes to a close, we are only weeks away from winter commencement.  Once again we are offering the opportunity for our faculty members to reserve loaner regalia at no cost to you.  The college purchased the regalia last spring and we are able to lend them to you for each commencement ceremony.  We work closely with the Bookstore to store and clean the regalia from one ceremony to the next.  The CALS winter commencement is scheduled for:

Saturday, December 15, 2018
Centennial Hall
8:15 AM - Faculty arrive at Green Room or check in at Women's Plaza
9:00 AM - Ceremony begins

If you are interested in using the loaner regalia, click on the link below to make your reservation.  Please note that we have limited quantities of the different gown sizes/lengths so these can only be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.  If you attempt to reserve and your size is not available, you will receive an email notification.  Also, as a reminder, this is a different program from that of the regalia rental program offered directly through the Bookstore.  As follows:

Please make your reservation by close of business on FRIDAY, DECEMBER 7.  Once I've received your reservation you will be contacted with available times to pick up the regalia.
