[Faculty] Invitation to CALS faculty to attend Friday's CALS Commencement

Everyone,

We are expecting a record-setting CALS graduation on Friday morning, May 11, with 65 graduate students and nearly 550 undergraduates attending.  It would be wonderful to have a similarly record-setting turnout from CALS faculty.  Those faculty who are hooding their graduate students have already been contacted with details.  With this note, I'm inviting all CALS faculty to attend.  You do not have to RSVP.  If you show up, we'll make room!

Here are the details:

The CALS Commencement is Friday, May 11th at 9:00am at McKale Center.   Please wear your regalia as there will be both a processional to begin the event and a recessional at the conclusion.  Please arrive at McKale anytime between 8:00 - 8:30am.  Breakfast will be provided.  When entering McKale please use the northwest entrance by the Cherry Garage (doors where students line up for the Zona Zoo).   You will be directed to the auditorium (Room 190) where breakfast will be available and the faculty group will congregate to line up for the processional.
