[Faculty] CALS faculty merit salary increase procedures

Dean Burgess has appointed a task force to provide him with a 
recommendation for procedures to be used within CALS to distribute 
faculty merit salary increases. This group has developed a draft 
recommendation

been discussed by the Faculty Council

The Council would like additional faculty to provide their input before 
the task force meets next on 12 April. You may do this by contacting 
your Council representative or any other member of the Council. We will 
also hold a faculty town hall to discuss this issue on *Thursday 6 April 
from 4:00-5:00 PM in Rm S225 ENR2*. (If you wish to connect to this
