NSF Innovation Corps or "I-Corps" is an initiative being managed by TLA to prepare scientists and engineers to expand their focus beyond the laboratory and increase the impact of basic research through building an understanding of their target market.

The I-Corps Site program provides:
•         Grants of up to $2,250 for teams to travel and get to know who the customers are for their technology inventions.
•         6 class sessions over 3 weeks to help teams learn the “Lean Launch” startup method and polish their plans, knowledge and presentation skills.

The application due date for the next cohort of I-Corps teams is June 24. Although the application is brief and relatively quick to complete, we’d like to get this out across the UA community as quickly as possible.
