Dear Faculty,

I would like to offer you the opportunity to meet with me in small group sizes (6 at a time) to help you identify funding opportunities.

PIVOT<http://pivot.cos.com/funding_main> is a subscription service that helps researchers find funding Federal, State, Private, Non-Profit funding opportunities and potential collaborators

By the end of the session you would have:

1.       Set up an account in PIVOT<http://pivot.cos.com/funding_main> (funding opportunity portal) if you don't have one already

2.       Learn how to set up and save searches for your specific areas so that you can receive funding alerts directly to your email

3.       Learn how to track specific funding opportunities and set up internal deadlines etc.

4.       Identify collaborators at and outside of the UofA
