The FCG webform is now open online for your use to enter your comments at
any time until April 5, 2012. Please use the following URL:

Specifically, your response to the following questions pertaining to
Teaching, Research and Extension would be very helpful:

● What, in your experience or opinion, are the areas in Teaching, Research
and Extension at CALS - covering both academic and business aspects -- where
our effectiveness and efficiency can be improved, and what innovative
solutions might we adopt to do so.

● What impediments do you encounter in doing your work?

● What creative solutions or inducements would be appropriate to enable you
to do your best work?

● How can we best use all of our resources at CALS?

● How do we at CALS minimize costs and maximize returns?

● Are there programmatic changes and restructuring that could enhance our
effectiveness and efficiency?
