Theodore Roosevelt National Park (THRO) is seeking a CESU member to conduct a project entitled “Population Viability Analysis for Feral Horse Management Scenarios at Theodore Roosevelt National Park.” The results of the genetic analyses and population viability models will inform horse herd management at THRO. Full details may be found in the attachment “RSOI PVA Feral Horses THRO.pdf”, a standard NPS budget template is provided for convenience “RSOI PVA Feral Horses Budget Template.xlsx”.


  The deadline for response is Thursday, 2/20/2025 at 5:00 PM CT. Responses should be directed to Blake McCann – Director of Resource Management and Science at THRO (blake_mccann at nps.gov<mailto:blake_mccann at nps.gov>).
