[DSCESU] Announcing the Mexican Spotted Owl Surveys Naval Observatory Flagstaff Station Funding Opportunity

Dear Partners,

A new funding opportunity for the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest has been posted on the DSCESU website<https://cales.arizona.edu/dscesu/> under funding opportunities.

 The purpose of this Cooperative Agreement is to provide for Mexican Spotted Owl (MSO) surveys at Naval Observatory Flagstaff Station (Station). In order to accomplish this objective, the Cooperator shall conduct presence/absence surveys for MSOs at the same MSO calling stations censused from 2006 to 2023.

The application deadline is July 17, 2024.
