<p class="MsoNormal">Unfortunately, there has been a lot of talk about the challenges we are facing at the University of Arizona. I need a few bullet points in my back pocket to discuss the positive impacts Extension had last year. Please, no more than one
bullet per program and no more than one sentence. Straightforward and simple. Please send these by the end of this week. Again, this should not take more than 5 minutes.

<p class="MsoNormal">Also, we had a few stragglers for our peer reviews. Dominic is following up. You should receive your peer reviews for yourself (if appropriate) and faculty by next Monday. He will also send the forms to use for calendar 2024 reviews. Please
share the peer reviews with your faculty before meeting with them for their Annual Reviews so there is complete transparency.
