<b>hiring plan requests</b> for FY26 now underway. This is being done in alignment with the upcoming
<b>Anaplan in-year forecasting</b> and the <b>All-Funds Multi-Year (AFMY) process</b> scheduled for early December. This year, any positions funded by
<b>unrestricted (State/NEI/designated and locally allocated)</b> sources that are not already included in your unit's staffing plan must go through this request process. Additionally, we’re asking that you forecast
<b>restricted</b> hiring separately.</span></p>
