<span style="color:#8B0015">Title IX training</span></a>, with a 90-day period for completion. EDGE Learning will notify employees to complete the mandatory training on an annual basis; new employees will have 30 days to complete it during the onboarding process. <br>

<p style="line-height:150%"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:#212529">While federal protections from sex discrimination for employees and students have been clarified and strengthened through new Title IX regulations, the University of Arizona
has long held a comprehensive approach to preventing, addressing and remedying sex discrimination, including sex-based harassment, that meets or exceeds the new federal standards.<br>
