<p style="line-height:150%"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:#212529">As we prepare to welcome thousands of visitors to campus to celebrate the Class of 2024 on Friday, May 10, our goal is a seamless transition from regular operations to
the celebratory activities across the University and at Commencement in Arizona Stadium.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p style="line-height:150%"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:#212529">To achieve this goal, we are asking employees who normally work at Tucson main campus<b>
</b>to <b>work from home that day</b>, if possible.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p style="line-height:150%"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:#212529">The University is also granting
<b>four hours of University release time</b> <b>(paid leave)</b> to be used on Friday, May 10, after 12 p.m.
<b>for all staff, faculty, graduate assistants/associates and student workers</b>, whether working from a University location, remotely or outside the state of Arizona.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p style="line-height:150%"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:#212529">Those who must remain on campus or work a full day to support University and/or Commencement operations will still receive the four hours of University release time. The
hours should be used by May 26. Please use the time reporting codes below.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
