<b><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Acknowledge and accept resignation or retirement requests</span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"> in writing. Accepting a resignation or retirement gives you greater administrative grounds to negotiate or reject changes
to the effective date, or later attempts by the employee to rescind their request. Please forward or include Sonia Jones in your response to the employee for record keeping.<o:p></o:p></span></li></ol>
