<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">On behalf of Dominic Rodriguez and me, and in response to the emergency preparedness efforts on campus, we ask for your assistance to ensure our county offices have similar emergency plans, and review them
with your faculty and staff on an annual basis. We recognize that county Extension offices are not the same as schools or departments when it comes to emergency preparedness, and the security issues are also unique from location to location. One size does
not fit all.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">If you don’t have a plan, the first place to look would be your county emergency management office. Many such offices have standard plans for county offices that can be easily adapted to fit the needs of
Cooperative Extension. Other references come from the University:<o:p></o:p></span></p>
