<p class="MsoNormal">Here is the timeline for the Continuing Status and Promotion this year. Please let me know if you have any questions.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">6<sup>th</sup> Year Mandatory Review or Submission for Full must have the packet turned into the CED by
<span style="background:yellow;mso-highlight:yellow">July 7 or earlier</span>. This will ensure that the CED has enough time to ask for outside reviewers and receive their letters.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">All packets 3-year, 4<sup>th</sup> or 5<sup>th</sup> year mandatory reviews, 6<sup>th</sup> year mandatory review and going up to Full must be turned into UA Vitae by
<span style="background:yellow;mso-highlight:yellow">August 18.</span> So that it can go to the Committee for review.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="background:aqua;mso-highlight:aqua">CED Letter</span>: I will give the packets and the Committee letter to the CEDs by
<span style="background:yellow;mso-highlight:yellow">September 25</span> and the CEDs will need to complete their letters and turned into me by
<span style="background:yellow;mso-highlight:yellow">October 6</span><o:p></o:p></p>
