<u>agricultural</u></b> commercial or private pesticide applicator, you should have received your annual renewal form from the Arizona Department of Agriculture by now.
<i>Whew – that was a long sentence.</i> <b><span style="color:#C55A11">If you haven’t received your renewal form yet, here are a couple of situations to consider:<o:p></o:p></span></b></span></p>
