<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">The ALVSCE Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Council is collecting statements from unit leaders like yourself on actions, activities, and events that occurred within your unit last year that create a
culture of DEI. DEI is an important ingredient within the division’s <a href="https://alvsce.arizona.edu/about/strategy/foundational-strategic-intent">
foundational goal</a> of being the most sought after place to be a part of, and it is a
<a href="https://www.arizona.edu/purpose-mission-values/inclusion">core value</a> for the institution.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
