In 4-H year 2020-2021, which is the enrollment year running from October 2020 through September 2021, we saw the largest number of 4-H youth that we have had in at least a decade, landing at 6,000 4-H club enrolled youth. This is a 20% growth change in the past four years. In comparison to Arizona 4-H's enrollment levels from last year, it appears we are again on track to grow again this enrollment year. An increase in enrollment at this point in the year can mean two different things: we have higher 4-H engagement earlier in the year and-or we have even more youth enrolled in our program. Either way, it is a reflection of the commitment of each of you in making great opportunities happen for youth, and that makes me proud of each of you. </div>

In partnership with the Arizona 4-H Youth Foundation, and their donors, we have: </div>

recommended project resources that will be available on our website for our 120 project this<br/>
Fall.<br/>
- hired a State Shooting Sports Coordinator to ensure capacity development of our Shooting<br/>
Sports programs at the county-level, including certification courses, etc. </div>

Youth had fun, focused on community change, problem solving, and community service on the University of Arizona campus. Arizona 4-H Summit is kicked off with the Clover Ball, an event that celebrates outstanding 4-H youth, volunteers, professionals, and families. Congratulations to all of the awardees and we will celebrate awardees in next month's newsletter! <br/><br/>

Bryan comes to our team from another office at the University of Arizona and brings his varied business, budget, and regulatory/policy experiences in multiple organizations to the team. </span></div>
