<li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo4">As others have mentioned, we cannot enforce masking requirements at 4H meetings not held at our facilities. We have instituted a 1 hour break between scheduled workshops/classes/meetings
in our conference room to decrease exposures during the passing periods. We have also designated a waiting area outside so that people do not enter the room before their class starts, which has the potential to crowd the room and prevent social distancing.
We are able to move many meetings onto zoom, but some indoor youth classes, particularly at TVF have been impacted – cancelled or postponed.<o:p></o:p></li></ol>
<p class="MsoListParagraph"><o:p></o:p></p>
<ol style="margin-top:0in" start="2" type="A">
<li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo4">We have had several staff isolating because of exposures or because they have gotten COVID. It is an ongoing issue, maybe 1 to 3 people per week, but so far we have not had to shut
down any programs because of lack of staff. <o:p></o:p></li></ol>

<li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo4">Yes, all those that are exposed but with a negative test, have been isolating for 5-7 days after exposure. In most cases this has not impacted program function. I would estimate this
