We have not reached the level such that programs and/or operations are struggling to deliver because of the inability of personnel to conduct business.

<div class="">A ‘lot' is relative and we are certainly getting reports of more personnel testing positive or experiencing some symptoms for a few days. We had 3-4 reports in the past couple of weeks compared to maybe 1 per month near the end of 2021.</div>

<div class="">I am not hearing of personnel isolating and missing work because of familys' health. Only 1 occurred back in November.</div>

<div class="">Overall, it seems that omicron is what it was described to be as a more virulent/transmissible strain but not as debilitating to those being infected. Symptoms seem to be relatively mild and last 2-3 days.</div>

<div class="">I am encouraging remote work and limiting office work. Office hours are reduced to mornings due to staffing and will go to normal when a new hire comes on board.</div>
