<p class="MsoNormal">From the state 4-H team, we have had a similar situation as many others ¼ of our team members had COVID or were isolated due to exposure. The team was asked to depopulate and work remotely since last week. We have been disrupted in holding
statewide events and have postponed two contests in January till later dates in February and March while monitoring COVID rates across the state. So, while our team has not been disrupted in our day-to-day work, COVID has proved a disruption in our program
delivery. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I requested that staff work remotely as much as possible last week and this week as we evaluate positive COVID cases. About ¼ of the Gila team or their immediate family members tested positive with COVID last week. Symptoms varied,
some staff were sick for a couple of days, some for a full week, but all were isolated at home. Programming has continued remotely from the rest of the team and as staff recovered from mild symptoms they have returned to remote work. There are a few programs
that continue to provide in person (Range Monitoring, Master Gardener -both providing services outdoor). <o:p></o:p></p>
