<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Tahoma",sans-serif">Based on our discussion today, I believer we agreed on the following for our phase management approach as of 1 December, which will be subject to change based on changing conditions
and further review:<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Tahoma",sans-serif"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Tahoma",sans-serif;color:#C00000">No movement forward for phases now, but allowing for phase changes to lower levels, and then a broad Phase 1 or 0 application for all units (depending on CED recommendation)
from 16 Dec. through mid-January, or until we reconvene and see the updated data for January 2021.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Tahoma",sans-serif">For any unit requesting a phase transition to a lower level at this time, it is approved.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
