<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;color:black;background:white">Given the COVID19 challenges and added workloads in the Fall 2020 semester, I recommend that Five-Year Reviews of Administrators scheduled or rescheduled for 2020-2021 be delayed
until Spring 2021. Reviews that are already initiated may be completed this semester at the discretion of the Chair of the review committee. The Five Year Review policy for administrators can be found in full at

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;color:black;background:white">A key goal of Five-Year Reviews is not only performance assessment, but also to provide an opportunity to assess long-range goals and objectives, a process that greatly impacted
by to the uncertainties introduced by the global COVID 19 pandemic. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;color:black;background:white">However, all administrators can benefit from regular feedback from the people they manage, from those with whom they collaborate across campus, and from their own supervisors.
