<p class="MsoNormal">USDA’s Office of Partnerships and Public Engagement (OPPE) develops and maintains partnerships focused on solutions to challenges facing rural and underserved communities in the United States, and connects those communities to the education,
tools, and resources available to them through U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) programs and initiatives.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:12.0pt">The <b>USDA Arizona Community Prosperity Virtual Summit</b> is an event designed to foster hope and opportunity, asset building, and wealth creation in communities with a bottom-up locally driven effort that
leverage best practices, models, existing resources, programs and initiatives to empower and assist communities in addressing specific needs and capacity-building opportunities. The summit will convene local, state, federal, Hispanic Serving Institutions,
land-grant colleges and universities, non-profit organizations, faith-based leaders, veterans, youth organizations, and other strategic partners to:<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">During the closing breakout sessions we would like to invite you and your colleagues to a special convening along with The University of Arizona’s HSI Initiatives Office and RII, serving as a springboard for collaborative partnership opportunities
among partaking stakeholders regarding initiatives, projects, and/or programs in Arizona with Asset-based Mapping conversations and discussions. Topics of conversation will include K-12, Community College, and University Collaborations & Partnerships; Higher
Education/Career Readiness & STEM Workforce; Student Success at HSIs; and Grants & Funding Collaborative Partnerships moderated by designated UA facilitators.<o:p></o:p></p>
