<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Tahoma",sans-serif">It turns out this is not a bad deal at all. Sweeping was a very bad term to use, a misnomer, so you can disregard any thought of that on this.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Tahoma",sans-serif"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Tahoma",sans-serif">For some foundation accounts, they are accumulating the payouts. If an account has more than two years accumulated payout, then they will take additional dividends and reinvest
the funds in the corpus account.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Tahoma",sans-serif"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Tahoma",sans-serif">So if someone is not using the payout funding they are not losing anything. In fact, they will likely gain from the deal since they will now be buying low on the market and
gain the profits later on.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Tahoma",sans-serif"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Tahoma",sans-serif">So I send to you all as an FYI. It is definitely not worth sending that original message out with words like “sweep” and starting a totally unnecessary panic, we have enough
of that already. Just like none of us want to cry out “fire” in a theater. <o:p>
