<p class="x_MsoNormal"><span style="color:black">My advice is that Sam put out a message to his customers saying something to the effect that he needs to stop processing until he can get a coronavirus mitigation plan in place. This may take him
<i>as short a time as a day or maybe even less</i>—I recommend he try to find out what other plants, especially academic ones, are doing. As soon as he has a plan ready to go then I see no reason not to continue. There is no reason that anyone “approve” it.
He is the most qualified to know. <u>I’d like others on this email chain input please, especially Jeff S for 4H animals.</u></span></p>

<p class="x_MsoNormal"><span style="color:black">If his students are there as a part of education then it’s clear that they cannot be there. I have no idea about the student club students selling meat—do you Mike?</span></p>
