<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Annual disclosure of potential Conflicts of Interest (COI) and Conflicts of Commitment (COC), as defined in UArizona policies, is an obligation of every university employee. These policies may be unknown
to employees despite their inclusion in offer letters, and employees may be confused about what should be disclosed. Unit leaders and supervisors are in the best position to identify potential conflicts and remind their employees to disclose them.
