at Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs), 1994 Tribal Colleges and Universities, and 1890 Land-Grant Universities.</span></p>

<span style="color:black">The <b>2020 E. Kika De La Garza Fellowship Program</b> is designed for faculty, staff, or administrators at a Hispanic-Serving Institution (HSI) or Hispanic-Serving School District (HSSD). HSIs are accredited colleges and universities
with at least 25 percent Hispanic student enrollment. Currently, there are more than 500 HSIs in 21 states and Puerto Rico, serving more than 2 million students.

Service (ARS) or Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS). Participants attend a one-week mandatory orientation in Washington, DC, in addition to collaborating with a USDA Research Center within the country for an additional week.</span></p>
