whoever is on the search committee will need to know what these things are in order to know if you’re looking at candidates who are able to deliver them.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="color:#1F497D;margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo2">
<span style="font-size:12.0pt">My larger concern is that this position seems more focused on creation of new Spanish content rather than translation, which is what I heard was going to be the focus when we hired someone when we met in August at the CED meeting.
While translation is still in the position description, it seems like it’s downplayed in this version.
