<p class="MsoNormal">After much hard work by the entire 4-H program I am excited to share the Policy and Procedure DRAFT Handbook for a final review. This document has experienced a significant transformation. Please take some time to read the document in it’s
entirety. At this point I am asking for two points of feedback: grammatical, clarity issues, and feedback on implementation processes which I recognize there will be many obstacles. In the coming week, I will also share a “Homework” document that several very
important topics have been moved to based on the need for a larger systemic review (OGC, Youth Safety, etc.).

<p class="MsoNormal">We are first and foremost in an exciting time with the National 4-H organization making systematic change as we are experiencing our own re-imagination of what we can be. This document reflects in many ways the confluence of those two
