<div style="direction: ltr;">However, there are legal interpretations to work through and then I believe we will need separate licenses from the Arizona Department of Agriculture for each of our experiment station sites to be able to legally plant and test
commercial hemp. We are trying to clarify and determine us at this time.</div>

<div style="direction: ltr;">We are pursuing the appropriate steps necessary for planting on our AES sites and will let you know as soon as that is cleared.</div>

<div style="direction: ltr;">In the meantime, we have taken one large step by securing the capacity for Extension personnel to respond to growers who are involved in commercial hemp production.

I am glad to have this update. We have had several requests to plant some hemp at the Ag Center. We have about 120 acres of commercial hemp being planted this week about 1 mile east of us on VIP farms. Please let me know when it is cleared for planting on
the Ag Centers. There is a lot of interest and we have very few answers.</div>
