as we recommend in the attached memo. Coming up with strategies as a department or unit to mitigate the disproportionate service requirements placed on women and underrepresented groups, as well as acknowledge that they may receive lower evaluations from
students based on the stereotyped expectations those students have of certain groups, will help ensure equitable treatment of those in your department.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
