<p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">TERSSA aims to improve the development of administrative professionals in Extension and Research through professional recognition, networking across states, and professional and personal improvement. Any
administrative professional that works with Extension and Research is eligible to become a member. Membership dues are very inexpensive<span style="color:#1F497D">
</span>($10 annually) and association members only meet annually for a two-day conference. There are many benefits to being a member.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
