I wish to either show, how 1) subscribing to community solar energy (cooperative?) could reduce GHG/GW in a growth chamber, with living turf, bees and butterflies, lessens ascending of chamber temperatures, as visitors “vote for solar”,
or 2) comparisons of leaching fractions necessary, under a 80% irrigation efficiency and 92% irrigation efficiency, using Cl- ISE….if I can get a couple of them.

Do you recall any “science lab” apparatus’ that could be loaned that would demonstrate applied agronomy, plant-soil-water relations?

It has to be just scientific enough to convey fundamental principles, without physically resolving the complexities, if you catch my meaning. I don’t want a model that doesn’t work.

Could be fun. I can build almost anything, and there is time to create a mini-life chamber, I think… The leaching columns….: a tall column of light soil medium can still become heavy to transport….and must not topple onto a visitor. Sensors
and sensor meters? Those are all science-grade, and very expensive, no? I own a little hand-held Cardy EC meter and NO3-N meter. Maybe those would suffice…..need to make sure they are operable as they sit idled.
