Where do we stand in developing and using reliable tools?<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>2. Methods for determining FTE in instruction. How will non-classroom activities be included in FTE calculation? (This general topic will be addressed by the Cardon Fellows in spring 2017.) <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>3. Workload guidance rules regarding simultaneous presentation of on-line and in-person sections of the same course. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>4. Professional progression and recognition of POPs. Is CALS committed to tenure eligibility for these faculty?<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>5. Clarification of decision making processes in CALS that are used to distribute funds generated from summer or inter-session instruction and how this is related to fund distribution from fall and spring semesters.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>6. Faculty access to “Venture Funds.” How does the distribution process work?<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>7. Explanation of CALS support available for the development of on-line courses and for in-person courses as well (e.g., videography, classroom technology)?<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>8. What tools might be used to improve communication between CALS administration and faculty?<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>9. Will there be opportunities Cooperative Extension educational programs to use D2L?<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>10.
