<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Have any of you figured out a good way to do the paper and pencil surveys? I have been trying to find a good approach so that I could request funding assistance if needed and
not having much luck. We contacted </span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Robert Carreira who is the Director for the Center for Economic Research at Cochise College in Sierra Vista because he does a lot of surveying for Cochise
County and other areas. I thought maybe we could hire his team to do the collections. He said that
</span><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">they don’t do many surveys anymore, and those they do they have moved to online. He said back several years ago when they did in-person or even telephone interviews, it was extremely difficult
to find people willing to do them.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">So I am concerned that if “trained” collectors have difficulty then can we realistically get 100 surveys, particularly in smaller counties. So I am looking for suggestions
on groups any of you have found that are willing to assist with the data collection.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
