<p class="MsoNormal">As I think most of you know, the 100 year old Forbes Building has not been remodeled in over 50 years. I wanted to let each of you know that last week we
<u>surpassed our goal of $1.9 million</u> in secured pledges for Phase I of our Forbes Building project which will include our new career center. I can’t say enough about the generosity of each of you. Thanks to everyone for your vision and support for our
students which will benefit them for the next 100 years. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">We will start demolition in mid-December and be complete with construction prior to July 1, 2015 for the building’s 100 year anniversary date.
