Please use the attached sample letter for soliciting input from outside
evaluators for continuing/continuing-eligible candidates. It was approved
by the vice-Provost for use this and subsequent years. This is for both
Extension Agents and Specialists.<br><br>
Kitt, would you present this at your next HODs meeting, please? I can
also to send it in a separate email to all the unit heads later this
week. <br><br>
